3 useful yoga props for practising at home

Creating a peaceful atmosphere at home

Setting the right mood is the key to a successful yoga practice. But, how can you recreate the peaceful, meditative mood of a yoga class at home? Fortunately, it’s very easy to do so with the right props.

Here are our top three props which will dramatically enhance your home yoga practice.

#1 Earthing/Grounding Mats

‘Earthing Products’ to reduce inflammation, pain, discharge static electricity from your body and be connected to the earth’s electro magnetic field.

​What is earthing? Earthing occurs when you walk barefoot on the earth or when you use one of the earthing products you are connected to the earth by placing bare skin on the product.
