What is Yoga?
Yoga is a process of physical and psychological practices effecting your whole being.
Here is a simple meditation that may assist you in setting a specific intention for the new year. It is a contemplation which you can do anytime, anywhere, and as often as you like. It is a way of honouring the past, embracing the present and envisioning the future.Sit or lie down and find your alignment as well as comfort, close your eyes and relax your body. Consciously slow your breath, gradually inhaling through your nose and exhaling with control through lightly parted lips.
Now imagine that you are inhaling all of 2023 and what-ever has transpired for you during the year. Then let it all go while slowly exhaling. Inhale the entire year into your lungs while surveying the memories as they arise, catching glimpses of the year’s high and low moments. Exhale slowly releasing the experiences while slowly letting go of the breath. Allow yourself to feel the good, bad, disappointing, marvelous, wondrous, all with a sense of thanking everything that life has brought to you this year, and let all the experiences dissolve from your system with the slow exhalation. As you gradually inhale feel the fullness of the year, savouring these moments of reflection then release it all gradually while exhaling.
When you feel you have exhausted this experience of the year, once again return to the natural breath. Experience the tide of your breath flowing in and out spontaneously, sense the effortless flow of air in and out of nostrils.
Then look into the mind’s eye (chidākāsha) with your mind’s eye, look into the space behind the forehead and see or imagine or think of a field of snow, freshly fallen all around you, pure, expectant, inviting. Now feel into hridayākāsha the space of the heart and feel what is calling you in the new year. Where does your heart guide you? Feel and sense deeply. Listen with your to your intuitive knowing, know it is true and real. ‘Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray,’ Rumi.
Wishing you all a very happy, healthy and mindful new year. May you be filled with peace, joy, and love. May you be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May you be well and happy. May you live with ease and grace.

A one hour private consultation with Swāmi Mukti is useful when you want to practise at home, this is called sādhana.
Private consultations with Swāmi Mukti are useful to understand how to approach a life situation with yoga psycho-management combined with the principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (based on training at the WGIA).
You can learn about your inner drives motivating your various chakra energy centres. When you are unable to address your needs it negatively affects your thinking, acting, emoting and feeling (physiology). During these sessions you will find constructive ways of expressing yourself.
A private session may include Bioresonance scanning of the body or Chakra-puncture to facilitate a deepening of your meditation and further understanding of your inner self.
Chakra-puncture is a modern adaption of an ancient practice using very fine Japanese style acupuncture needles to move physical, mental and emotional blockages.
The process of Chakra-puncture enables you to return to your true innate self in happiness and harmony.
