A private consultation with Swāmi Mukti is useful when you want to practise at home. This is known as sādhana.
Private consultations with Swāmi Mukti are useful to understand how to approach a life situation with yoga psycho-management, combined with the principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (based on training at the WGIA).
You can learn about the inner drives motivating your various chakra energy centres. When you are unable to address your needs it negatively affects your thinking, acting, emoting and feeling.
During these sessions you will find constructive ways of expressing yourself.
