Here at Mukti Freedom Yoga, we are being sensible and calm, and mitigating risks of contracting COVID19 by
- Offering online group and private classes by Zoom.
- Offering small in person groups that maintain 1.5m space between attendees.
60 minute yoga and meditation classes on

An initial private class is beneficial when
* you are a yoga new-be
* you have a specific health issue
* you want to address a life challenge with a yogic perspective
Purpose of a private class:
*to assist you in understanding yourself more deeply
*to assist you in understanding the connection of your breathing, body and mind
*to learn how to practise yoga correctly
*to learn how to use a few yoga practices on a daily basis
In a private class you can learn
*specific meditation practices,
*astrological yoga sādhana practice,
*yoga psycho-management of a specific issue,
*Kriya Yoga in the tradition of Babaji through the lineage of Swāmi Sivananda of Rishikesha and other tantrik meditation techniques such as Tattwa Shuddhi, Prāṇā Vidya, Antar Mauna.
*Private consultations are also useful in the analysis and acknowledgement of the need driving your various chakra energy centres. When you are unable to address your needs it negatively affects your thinking, acting, emoting and physiology. During these sessions you will find constructive ways to express yourself.
